Tanglefoot Paste Bird Repellent
This non-drying, non-toxic clear sticky compound is used to discourage birds from landing on all types of surfaces. Tanglefoot remains effective in repelling birds for up to a year under normal conditions. Colorless and odorless, Tanglefoot is registered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for use against pigeons, starlings and sparrows.

Where should I apply Tanglefoot?
How do I clean-up?

For best results:
Thoroughly clean the application surface before applying any bird repellent.
Follow all recommended precautions related to the hazards of bird and animal waste.
Apply Tanglefoot only to clean and dry surfaces.
Seal porous surfaces such as wood, stone or concrete with paint or sealer before application.
Tanglefoot remains effective from 40^o F. to 100^o F. High heat can make Tanglefoot run.

Tip: Lay down strips of Duct Tape on the surface and apply the Tanglefoot to the tape. That way if it becomes necessary to reapply because of dust & debris buildup you can simply pull up and discard the used tape and apply new tape for the Tanglefoot product.

Where should I apply Tanglefoot?
Tanglefoot Bird Repellent is generally used on resting places, such as window sills, roof ridges, gutters, ornamental coping, stonework and ledges. Do Not apply on steeply angled or vertical surfaces as slumping may occur. Tanglefoot can remain effective from 2 months to 1 year depending on the environment. Excessive dust, pollution, bugs and debris can reduce effectiveness and longevity. Reapply when completely covered by dirt and debris.

Clean-Up
Use vegetable oil, followed by soap and warm water to clean hands and tools. Remove from surface by scraping and cleaning with mineral spirits.
