What Are Custom Made Forms?
Nixalite designs and manufactures custom forms to help fasten the
Premium Nixalite and E-spike bird spikes strips to difficult surfaces such as structural steel, ceramic tiles, fragile stone, glass and many more. Made
of stainless steel, Nixalite's custom forms are
designed to fit on, around or over the objects or surfaces you specify.
With the mounting clips preinstalled,
custom forms eliminate surface layout time.
Custom Form Examples
Nixalite has designed and manufactured many types of custom
forms;
I-beam, angle iron and C-channel clamps; square tube steel brackets,
fragile stone
and clay tile straps, roof peak brackets, gutters straps, pipe
straps, light fixture brackets and clamps, glass panel straps, solar
panel brackets and more. Some of our first forms became
so popular that we made them regular order items. They are the
Glue Clips
and Ridge Caps
for bird spikes and the
E-Z Clip
for bird netting hardware.

Nixalite I-Beam Clamps
I-Beam clamps fasten Premium Nixalite or E-Spike to the top or bottom flanges of I-beams. They are
easy to install, require no drilling, welding or bonding and can cut installation time dramatically.

Nixalite Gutter Straps
Installed across the top of rain gutters to provide
fastening for Nixalite or E-Spike bird spikes.
Keeps the birds out of the gutters as well as off the outside edge.

Custom Applications
Nixalite’s in-house planning and engineering departments have made many different straps, brackets and clamps for our customers.
If you have an unusual application that may benefit from a custom made installation form, call Nixalite.
Custom Form Policies
- All of Nixalite’s custom forms are made to fit the dimensions you provide.
The information and dimensions you provide must be accurate! Measure twice and double check all recorded dimensions.
- Full payment is required before the production of custom made
form orders.
- Custom made forms, brackets, straps, etc. are non-returnable,
non-refundable items.
- Pricing and lead time for the manufacturing is different for each form.
- Nixalite determines the proper bird spike quantities and spacing on all custom made forms.
- Nixalite will not manufacture a form to mount incorrect strip quantities or spacing.
- All custom form sales are final.
